The number of people coming to Japan to live is increasing. In Abiko City, residents from other countries rapidly increased by 254 people the year before and by 862 last year, indicating a growing demand for Japanese education.
The "Japanese-language teaching course" arranged by AIRA has started. In this course, the students learn how to teach practical Japanese for daily use.
In addition to students from Abiko City, applicants from neighboring cities (1 from Kashiwa, 2 from Nagareyama, and 1 from Noda) have also enrolled in the course.
Twenty lectures of this course will be held every Wednesday at Chuo Gakuin University.
