Attendants: auditors(2), accountants(2), President and Vice Presidents(3) and Secretariat (2) 9 people in total
President and Vice President explained both the implementation status of each business and the reason of the return of the money in trust from the city. Also, they explained the details of the money carried forward and the negative income items.
Thereafter, verification and scrutiny of the documents, vouchers, etc. were executed.
The result of the audit will be reported to the FY2023 General Assembly scheduled on 28th April.
