The 2nd Liaison Council of FY2022 was held and activity reports were shared. (No.22-14)
The 30th Abiko International Festival with the theme “Soaring High Together” was held, adding two new member countries, Cyprus and Slovenia. Their participation to the festival made the festival more globalized. (No. 22-13) 
Junior high-school students in Japan and in New Zealand attended an online class, which is expected to be one method for international exchange under COVID-19. (No.22-11)
A friendship bus tour was conducted by AIRA Culture Class and Department of Cross-Cultural Activities for the first time in three years. (No.22-10)
